1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Order processing includes payment review, order verification, product preparation, quality checks where applicable, packaging, and transfer to a carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time.
If an item requires a different preparation period, or if additional verification is needed, we will communicate the available information by email.
2. Estimated Transit Times
After processing is complete, estimated delivery times are:
· Standard shipping: 7-12 business days
· Air shipping: 5-9 business days
Delivery estimates begin when the package is accepted by the carrier. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
For example, an order using standard shipping will normally require 1-3 business days of processing plus approximately 7-12 business days in transit.
3. Shipping Methods and Charges
Available shipping services and any applicable charges are displayed during checkout or communicated before payment when a manual quote is required. Shipping options can vary based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier availability.
Selecting an expedited or air option shortens the expected transit period but does not normally eliminate order-processing time.
4. Tracking

5. Split Shipments
An order may be divided into multiple shipments to protect fragile components or because items are prepared at different locations. Glass, shades, crystals, hardware, or replacement parts may be packed separately. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including apartment, suite, unit, access code, recipient name, and reachable contact information where applicable.

Carrier correction, interception, storage, redelivery, or reshipment fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
7. Delivery Inspection
Inspect packages promptly after delivery. For large or freight-delivered products, examine the outside of the carton before accepting the shipment when possible. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery record and take photographs.
Do not discard cartons, protective foam, wooden frames, labels, or internal packaging until you have confirmed that the item is complete and undamaged.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Report visible shipping damage, missing parts, or an incorrect product within 7 calendar days after delivery by emailing info@dawnlamps.com.
Include:
· Your order number;
· A photo of the full product;
· Close-up photos of the issue;
· Photos of the exterior carton and internal packaging;
· A photo of the shipping label; and
· A short video when the issue concerns electrical operation.
We will review the documentation and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, that remedy may include parts, technical assistance, replacement, repair, or an authorized return.
9. Carrier Delays
Delivery can be affected by weather, natural disasters, carrier congestion, customs review, public holidays, labor disruption, incorrect addresses, remote-area service limits, government action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will provide available tracking and reasonable assistance, but we are not responsible for a carrier delay that we did not cause.
10. Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows "delivered" but the package cannot be found, check all entrances and safe locations, ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management, and contact the carrier. If the package remains missing, email us promptly so we can determine whether a carrier inquiry is available.
11. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
A customer should not refuse a shipment unless the carrier and Grace Lamp have been contacted regarding visible damage or another documented issue. A package returned because of refusal, an inaccurate address, repeated failed delivery, or failure to collect may incur carrier return, storage, reshipment, or handling charges. Those amounts may be deducted from an otherwise approved refund where permitted by law.
12. Cross-Border Delivery
When delivery outside the United States is available, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government assessments unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Customs processing can extend delivery time.

Send a change or cancellation request as soon as possible. A request is not effective until Grace Lamp confirms it in writing. Once an order has entered irreversible processing, packing, or shipment, it may no longer be changed or canceled and may instead be subject to the Return Policy.

Grace Lamp, operated by dawnlamps LLC, accepts eligible returns under the conditions below. Please read this policy before installing, assembling, modifying, or discarding the packaging for a product.
1. Return Window
An eligible return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the carrier confirms delivery. The return must be authorized by Grace Lamp before it is shipped.
After authorization, follow the instructions and shipping deadline stated in the return email. An authorization can expire if the item is not shipped within the stated period.
2. Conditions for an Eligible Return
To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:
· Unused and uninstalled;
· Unwired and unmodified;
· Free from damage, scratches, stains, odors, or signs of use;
· Complete with all shades, glass, crystals, canopies, rods, chains, hardware, manuals, and accessories; and
· Repacked in the original protective packaging and carton in a condition suitable for safe return transit.
Cut wires, installed mounting hardware, removed protective films, discarded packing inserts, or incomplete packaging can make a lighting product unsafe to resell and may affect return eligibility or refund value.

· Reason for the return;
· Photos of the product and packaging; and
· Photos or video of any alleged damage or defect.
We will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the correct return location. Do not mail a return to the Denver business address unless the authorization specifically directs you to do so. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless required by law or approved because of a confirmed defect or fulfillment error, the following are not eligible for a change-of-mind return:
· Installed, assembled, wired, used, altered, painted, or repaired products;
· Products with cut or shortened wires, cables, rods, chains, or mounting components;
· Custom, personalized, special-order, made-to-order, or customer-configured items identified as such before purchase;
· Final-sale or clearance items identified as non-returnable;
· Light bulbs, consumables, replacement components, or individual spare parts;
· Products missing original components or protective packaging; and
· Products damaged after delivery through handling, storage, installation, or use.
5. Return Shipping and Original Shipping Charges
For a return based on preference, dimensions, finish choice, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Use a trackable and adequately insured service suitable for fragile lighting.
Original shipping, air-shipping, expedited, handling, customs, and delivery-service charges are non-refundable unless the return results from a confirmed Grace Lamp error or applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not charge a separate restocking fee for an eligible product returned unused, complete, and in its original protective packaging. However, a documented deduction may be made for missing parts, damaged packaging, product damage, unauthorized modification, or another loss in value caused after delivery.
6. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products
Report shipping damage, missing parts, an incorrect item, or an apparent manufacturing defect within 7 calendar days after delivery. Keep all packaging and provide the photographs and information requested in the Shipping Policy.
Do not install a product that appears damaged, incomplete, or electrically unsafe. Installing or altering the product before our review may limit the available remedy if the installation causes additional damage or prevents verification.
When we confirm a covered issue, we may provide parts, technical support, repair, replacement, an authorized return, or another appropriate remedy. Grace Lamp will cover reasonable shipping costs for the remedy we authorize.
7. Refund Review
Returned products are inspected after arrival. Inspection normally takes 3-7 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5-10 business days to display the credit. Grace Lamp cannot control a financial institution's posting time.
8. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because replacement availability and prices can change. When an exchange is approved, we may process the original product as a return and ask the customer to place or approve a new order. Price differences and shipping charges may apply.
9. Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. A cancellation is not complete until confirmed in writing. Orders that have entered production, irreversible processing, packing, or shipment may not be cancellable. If the order has shipped, the standard return conditions apply.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Refusing a non-damaged shipment is not an approved return method. Carrier return charges, storage charges, address-correction fees, or other costs caused by refusal or an undeliverable address may be deducted from an otherwise approved refund.
