These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to dawnlamps.com and purchases from Dawn Lamps, an online store operated by dawnlamps LLC. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.
1. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in the place where you live. You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Information submitted through an account must be accurate and current. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security interference, or material violation of these Terms.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Product images, finish colors, dimensions, weight, brightness, and material appearance can vary because of photography, screens, handmade production, natural material, measurement methods, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Customers must review product dimensions, specifications, voltage, mounting requirements, and installation conditions before purchase. Contact us before ordering if a detail is essential to the project and is not clearly stated.
5. Availability and Order Acceptance
Products placed in a cart or wishlist are not reserved. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including unavailability, pricing or description error, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, quantity limitation, or inability to verify information. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item.
6. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes
Unless otherwise displayed, prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed, are subject to their stated conditions, and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. We may correct a clear pricing, tax, discount, or calculation error and will contact the customer when the correction materially affects an order.
Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the order and delivery information and will be shown during checkout where required. Customers are responsible for duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar government charges on eligible cross-border orders unless checkout states that those charges are included.
7. Payment
Payment is governed by the Payment Policy. The customer authorizes the payment provider and Dawn Lamps to process the amount shown at checkout, including applicable tax and shipping. We may request identity, billing, or transaction verification before accepting or shipping an order.
8. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
Order processing and estimated delivery are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address and for arranging reasonable access for delivery. Risk relating to an independently arranged onward shipment begins when the customer or the customer's chosen third party takes possession of the item, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes and Cancellations
A request to change or cancel an order is not effective until confirmed by Dawn Lamps. Orders that have entered production, irreversible processing, packing, or shipment may not be changed or canceled. An order that has shipped is handled under the Return Policy.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refund timing, exclusions, and damaged-product procedures are governed by the Return Policy. A customer must obtain authorization before shipping a return.
11. Warranty
Eligible products are covered only as stated in the Warranty Policy and any additional written warranty supplied with the product. The Warranty Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
12. Installation and Safety
Hardwired lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with instructions and applicable codes. The customer is responsible for confirming structural support, ceiling capacity, voltage, wiring, junction-box suitability, bulbs, dimmers, moisture rating, and environmental conditions.
Do not install or energize a product that is damaged, incomplete, or appears unsafe. Dawn Lamps is not responsible for injury, property damage, or product damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable building conditions, incompatible electrical components, unauthorized alteration, or use outside the product's intended rating, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Reviews, Photos, and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, video, design image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights or law.
Unless you state otherwise in writing, you grant dawnlamps LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the submitted content for customer service, website operation, marketing, and business records. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, or contains private information.
14. Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and code are owned by or licensed to dawnlamps LLC. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's jurisdiction remain applicable where they cannot be waived.
21. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
