1. Currency

Prices and charges on www.dawnlamps.com are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Available methods can vary by device, location, order, and payment provider. The methods shown at checkout control for that transaction.

3. Secure Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and its authorized payment providers using encrypted connections. Dawn Lamps does not receive or store a customer’s complete payment-card number.

4. Authorization and Order Confirmation

A payment authorization or pending charge does not by itself confirm acceptance of an order. An order is confirmed when Dawn Lamps sends an order-confirmation email. We may contact the customer if a payment requires verification or is declined.

5. Prices, Shipping, and Tax

The product price, free standard shipping charge of $0.00, and any applicable sales tax are shown before the customer completes payment. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery information. Dawn Lamps does not advertise all product prices as tax-inclusive.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method whenever possible. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, inspection, and timing details.

7. Payment Problems

If checkout does not accept a payment, verify the billing details and contact the card issuer or payment provider. Do not send a complete card number, security code, or online-banking password to Dawn Lamps by email or through the contact form.
