Shipping and order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and a second email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided when available (tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Due to differences in state tax laws, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. And orders that have already been placed or are in transit cannot be cancelled. Dawn Lamps, operated by dawnlamps LLC, provides the following limited warranty to the original purchaser of an eligible Dawn Lamps product.

1. Warranty Period

Eligible lighting fixtures are covered for two years from the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Replaceable light bulbs and other consumable items are not covered unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers a confirmed defect in materials or workmanship that appears during normal indoor residential use and after the product has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with its instructions and applicable electrical and building codes.

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear; normal variation in natural stone, glass, ceramic, wood, or handmade finishes; damage caused by improper installation, wiring, voltage, dimmers, bulbs, controls, modification, misuse, accident, impact, moisture, outdoor use, cleaning chemicals, power surges, or failure to follow instructions; cosmetic damage reported after installation; or labor, removal, installation, scaffolding, lift, electrician, contractor, or other third-party costs unless Dawn Lamps agrees otherwise in writing.

4. How to Make a Claim

Email info@dawnlamps.com with the order number, purchaser name, product name, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the complete product and affected area, and a short video if the concern involves electrical operation. We may request reasonable troubleshooting information before deciding the claim.

Do not continue to use or energize a product that appears electrically unsafe.

5. Available Remedies

After confirming a covered claim, Dawn Lamps will provide a reasonable remedy based on the circumstances. A remedy may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, product replacement, an authorized return, or a refund where required. Dawn Lamps covers reasonable shipping costs for a remedy that we authorize for a confirmed covered defect.

Any replacement product or part is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or any longer period required by law.

6. Consumer Rights

This limited warranty does not reduce or exclude any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
