Qualified design, construction, development, purchasing, and related professionals may apply. Supporting documentation may be required.
Are all products eligible for trade pricing?
Trade pricing applies only to eligible products and may exclude selected items, promotions, shipping services, custom orders, replacement parts, and previously placed orders.
Can trade pricing be combined with promotions?
Unless expressly stated otherwise, trade pricing cannot be combined with promotional codes or other discounts.
How are returns handled?
Eligible purchases remain subject to the applicable Dawn Lamps Refund Policy. Custom, installed, altered, final-sale, or special-order products may not be returnable.
What documentation may be requested?
Depending on your profession and location, we may request a business license, resale certificate, professional credential, company website, portfolio, or similar documentation.
Trade access is subject to application approval. Product eligibility, pricing, benefits, and availability may change. Purchases remain subject to Dawn Lamps’ applicable Terms of Service and store policies.
